The world produces about 25 millions gallons of desalinated water every day, per a United Nations study from 2018 . That’s enough to supply 25 New York Cities with drinkable and usable water.

We are proud to be able to offer our clients these niche services, including the turning and milling of these titanium manifolds. These manifolds will be used in the desalination process for improved water flow distribution in the electrodialysis stage. The desalination process uses reverse osmosis to separate water molecules from sea water, and the titanium manifolds are a crucial piece of machinery throughout the duration of this process. By adhering to our client’s design, we’re able to save them money by ensuring the manifold design is machined within millimeters of their necessary specifications.
